We do not send out workers. We do not spray, trap, seal or inspect. The providers in our network do that work.

Why We Exist

Most people hire a pest company in a hurry. They spot ants in the kitchen or hear scratching in the attic, and they pick the first name they find. Then the bill arrives, and it is higher than they guessed.

This service was built around a simple idea: understand the price before you hire anyone. Quote before commitment. A written quote shows what is covered, what is not and what comes next.

How Providers Are Matched

You call or send a request. You share the pest, the part of the home and how long it has been going on. Your details go to a provider in our network that handles that kind of work in your area.

Availability varies by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability. The provider then contacts you, asks questions and offers an estimate. You decide what happens next.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Hold any license or registration their state requires for the work
• Give written, itemized quotes
• Explain the method and products in plain words
• Tell you what a repeat visit or maintenance plan costs
• Treat your home and your time with respect

You should still check license details yourself. Asking is normal, and a good provider will not mind.

What We Do Not Do

We do not do the pest work. We do not set provider prices. We do not promise results or timing, because those depend on the job and the provider.

We also do not decide insurance questions. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

You do not pay Apliked Pest Control anything to send a request. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. You pay the provider you hire, for the work you agree to in writing.

That is why we push for itemized quotes. When the numbers are on paper, you can compare them fairly.

Fix It, Then Keep It Fixed

The first treatment is only part of the cost. Sealing gaps, fixing gutters, keeping basements dry and storing firewood away from the house all help prevent a repeat. Ask each provider what upkeep they suggest and what it costs per year. Price the whole plan, not just the first visit.
